Skatepark lights are still over 50% burnt out. Days are getting shorter, risk of people injuring themselves at the park are increasing. Please look into replacing the fixtures sooner rather than postponing it indefinitely.

Hello! I was wondering if I could gain permission to metal dectect on city parks and rec property? Specifically, I would like to try metal detecting at Lower Cascades. If permissible, I would minimize avoid any restricted areas, fill in any dig holes, and would remove all surface and underground trash encountered. Thanks for your time, and let me know if any other information is needed.
Mary go round needs greased or repaired. It is difficult, even for adults, to push. The children couldn’t use by themselves.
Multiple urban camp sites just off trail near dog runs. Clearly visible from b-line. lots of trash.
Near the sidewalk toward the parking lot (where it rounds to drive back around), there is a large hole that is difficult to see. Last evening, I stepped in it and rolled my ankle. I wanted to share so no one else gets hurt. I am happy to help locate it with photos are meeting someone there. I didn't have a chance to take a photo as I could barely walk and wasn't focused on the safety thoughts in the future.
Someone has scattered small, clear gelatinous balls on the ground on the rubber surface near Ford Street by the green curly slides. They may be completely benign—perhaps some type of Halloween candy? But they are unfamiliar to me and, unfortunately, very appealing to my 20 month old grandson. I tried to pick them up to throw them away, but there were too many, and they were spread over a large area. They are soft and squash when walked on.
