I don't like th enew pool pass system. I lost mine, and quite a bit of money as a result. Please go back to keeping them at the pool, or make them electronic somehow.
There has been extensive vandalism to the Bryan Park split rail fence that runs along Woodlawn Avenue.
One of the swings at Butler Park is broken. Lots of kids out there and we really need this swing. It just needs a tool to place the chain back on the seat. Thanks so much!!

I saw a single person in a black suv making an off-road track of some kind on Tuesday afternoon. Neighbors adjacent the park had wondered about the truck tracks in the grass, and I witnessed what has been happening. The guy left the parking space on W. 16th heading west and turned onto the grass parallel to the creek. Then he slowly drove up the hill, slipping and sliding in the mud back to the single parking spot. He repeated the same route, as if he were trying to make a 4-wheeler track. Very strange. I was staring at him from my garden at the corner. When he saw me stare, he left the parking spot and headed away toward Tri-North. I thought the park maintenance staff might want to know. coyotes rage through Crestmont Park and surrounding properties nightly. Some neighbors report seeing individual coyotes in their yards. One neighbor reports seeing a coyote jump a fence on W 16th and killed a cat. Feral cats have been eaten. Last night I heard what sounded like coyote vs fox killing. One neighbor claims that the coyotes live in a hole they dug by a ditch on W. 16th west of Lindbergh. I sympathize with all the creatures who have been displaced by huge complexes in the area, But these guys have got to go. There are two parks at Bryan Park. I’m specifically talking about the one that is designated for younger kids. Today, my son and I were playing with other kids his age (2.5) when a large group of kids (average age: 8) showed up with two caregivers. The older kids were pushing and shoving on the play structure, creating a danger for younger kids. My question is: is there an age limit imposed for use of that particular playground? My understanding is that it is for kids 5 and under. What can I do to help impose this? It’s definitely a safety issue for smaller children when the older children begin climbing up the slides (yes, inside, and on the outside) and crowding and pushing on the platforms.
