Not sure which category this falls under. Eight (!) trash bins are lying on the sidewalk (south side of Cottage Grove, just east of Walnut), completely blocking pedestrian traffic. It isn't really a busy street and it's one-way so not a huge problem for most people who can step around them off the curb into the street, but people in wheelchairs or with strollers would not be able to navigate the area.

These people have spreaded their leaves all over the sidewalk instead of putting them on the street and they get in peoples shoes and make them uncomfortable

At the NW corner of the intersection of 12th and Fess, there is a relatively new, ADA-compliant sidewalk/curb installation. There may be physical and/or legal reasons for having the center, raised concrete portion present, but it is not obvious and as a result is a trip hazard. We have tripped on it several times. There is a current project at the same intersection, so we were hoping that they could redo it or at least paint the section yellow so that it stands out. It is dangerous the way it is now.

Near 612 N Walnut Street, there is the remnant of a light pole sticking up from the sidewalk causing a tripping hazard.

Just wanted to make you aware There are no curb cutouts on the sidewalk in front of 606 S. College Ave. I hope this will be fixed to make it safe for wheelchairs and stroller users. Thanks

I'm not sure if this is the proper way to report this, but there is a very dangerous crosswalk where I've almost been hit multiple times and I have seen the same thing with other pedestrians. The problem is when crossing from the NE corner of 10th and Walnut to the NW corner. The problems result from the fact that 1) the crosswalk is obscured from view for drivers on 10th coming from the East and 2) the stop line for those drivers is back from the intersection to allow for trucking turning E on 10th from Walnut. The result is that pedestrians start to cross on the walk signal but the drivers turning right from 10th have a bit of speed by the time they can even see anyone in the crosswalk and frequently can't stop in time when they come upon a walker. The only real safe way to navigate that crosswalk as a pedestrian is to just not use the actual crosswalk (eg. stay way to the left almost in the lane of traffic so you are even seen). If you try crossing there at 5pm any day of the week, you will immediately see what I'm talking about. ;) I'm not sure what the solution is but I just know it is very dangerous. At a bare minimum, I would suggest removing the bush at the NE corner to increase visibility but even then the layout of that corner is dangerous so perhaps someone can take a look and see if anything can be done? Sidwalk hazards on Henderson side of 600 E. Maxell: poison ivy growing adjacent, tall weeks on both sides of sidewalk, a pile of dirt on sidewalk never removed...now packed down but a barrier for disabled.
