While constructing the Bike Path on the portion of E. Arden Drive to SE Park, crews did not remove the heavy mats blocking storm drains at the corners of S. Williams, Greenfield & Sycamore Courts. When heavy rains appear, water flows into E. Arden Drive, oftentimes ponding in low lying areas. People often drive too fast on that street, causing hazardous driving conditions should they loose control of their car.
Northern curb of arch haven Ave where it intersects parallel path along landmark Ave is only raised curb on this path between 3rd st/Bloomfield Ave. This raised curb is dangerous on a bike.
Sidewalk along eastbound 13th Street is rough and uneven between N Forrest Ave and N Walnut Grove.
Curb has disintegrated over the years. As people turn from Jackson st onto Smith Ave they are driving onto my property due to there being a lack of boundary between the road and my back yard. My property is 606 W. Howe Street and the issue is the the backyard where it boarders Smith Ave. My husband and I would really appreciate it if this curb could be rebuilt to prevent further damage. VERY disappointed in the new sidewalk curbs at 4th and Indiana. The curbs are to high for handicap individuals trying to correct they have made a mess of the new sidewalk areas. One sidewalk has been chipped significantly trying to correct. Very poor job.
There is no paved sidewalk; it's just a bunch of horribly laid slabs of stone. How was this even allowed, especially in downtown?! This is not wheelchair accessible, and is dangerous to all others. Please put in a paved sidewalk here so wheelchaired people don't have to turn around and cross the street just to get by.
Damaged guardrail on culvert side of street. Can be seen from google maps. I first reported this situation last summer (2016) and was advised city was awaiting contract and materials. I reported it because I feel it could become a safety hazard during the winter months with slick and icy streets.
large sidewalk gap on Arlington just north of the new roundabout, on the west side, it seems incomplete, or maybe they are going to finish it soon?
Water struggles to get around e Morningside and n Sheffield without pooling. Any chance curb can be built up a bit there or the cement can be shaved a bit to let the water keep flowing by? Thanks!
