This property's address is on Stonegate Ct., but the back and side of their property is on the corner of Smith Road and Hagen. There is a thorny bush coming off the ground next to their fence, leaning over the sidewalk. Last year, as it grew, you had to go around it when on the sidewalk. Also, the picture shows the Hagen side where weeds and small trees are come between their stone wall and the sidewalk (both sidewalks on that corner. I just tripped on the sidewalk here. It has a trench cut across it. It needs to be fixed.

The complaint is the lack of curb. Trucks from next door atrhe drywall company, the mail people, and cars in general cut the corner and drive into my yard all the time. Every year i am filling holes from tires with dirt. Can I request a curb?

The attached photo really does not do the issue justice - the road on the west side of my house (spring st) has large chunks fallen off, eroding. It needs repaired and a curb needs added, I live at the bottom of a hill and all of the water for blocks up comes rushing into my yard and into my house, vs the culvert just further back in my yard. I talked with someone in sidewalks about this almost two years ago - with the dramatic rain we get now, this issue cannot really be ignored any longer. I would so appreciate a curb put in, road repair, and the curb on the corner of the street raised as well to direct the rain into the drain on the street in front of my house.

Minor issue now, but will need attention soon. McDonalds on 3rd and Pete Ellis have thorny bushes encroaching the sidewalk along the Pete Ellis side.

Driveway gravel covering sidewalk. I have rectified this before when the volume was much smaller. It seem to be a defect, although it may meet code. Neither residents, nor owners/management are cognizant of the issue, apparently. They still haven't rectified the reported and NOVed light trespass issue either.

Please consider banning parking in front of curb cuts. People with disabilities can have difficulties getting into the cars of people picking them up when other people park in from of their curb cuts. Curb cuts should be treated like driveways and should be kept open, not blocked.

Turning right from 17th St onto Madison St is a nightmare. You're either going to hit the car that's in the lefthand turn lane on Madison St, or you're running over the decently large curb. The only cars that can safely navigate this are small cars. If you're a truck, SUV, or, God forbid, a city bus, you're in trouble. Cars don't turn at 90 degree angles. The radius of that curb is entirely too small.
