Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to report an issue concerning the curb and storm drain located at the southern end of Stratford Dr, in front of our residence (3020 S Stratford Dr, Bloomington IN, 47401). The curb is currently obstructed by leaves, twigs, and organic sediment (as shown in the attached photo), impeding effective drainage during rainfall. As a result, our front yard experiences flooding with every rain shower. We kindly request that the curb and its immediate surroundings be thoroughly cleaned to restore proper drainage functionality. Once this maintenance is completed, we are committed to maintaining the storm drain area to ensure its continued effectiveness. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Black top sidewalk put in by apartment contractors at Clarizz and 3rd looks like a turning lane!! Paint the curb and put walking sign on “sidewalk” ASAP please…. Tire marks already on curb where folks have hit it.

This is a school bus stop area and many people walk here. I moved here 2 years ago and have put $250.000 into the house and property. All is looking good but the sidewalk and curb are in shambles. I edge my lawn and take care to make the area look as good as possible for the neighborhood. But the sidewalk and curb are a hazard to anyone walking on it.

Line of sight issues. Can’t see to get out of the alley tree plots are blocking my view to pull out. Very dangerous. I complained last year and nothing was done. Worse this year
