Backyard being used as dumpsite
caller said there is a huge brush pile in the backyard and you can see it from the street. he is pretty sure that rats are living in it. he has seen two dead rats.
brush piles accumulating on back of property up against neighboring fence
limbs and yard waste, particularly on the north side of street, also yard needs to be mowed
Complaintant called in and stated that a neighbor is dumping brush onto his property.
This house falls into several catagories: yard waste, trash, overgrowth, parking. You need a category for House looks inhabitable. Supposedly the case on this house is closed. They have done nothing but pile a bunch of limbs up around the yard. This is NOT landscaping. Basically the yard waste is permanently piled in the front yard. Lots of junk piled in front of house too. Cars parked in street even though there is a driveway. Would be more room if they cleaned up the junk in it.
maintainence man saw neighbor dumping trash inappropriately (not in his own dumpster); corner house 7th & Grant cement block building in back is where man lives who dumped trash; Wednesday is their trash day
Neighbor complained of yard waste from a downed tree that has not been cleaned up.
tree branches, yard waste,excessive growth
My neighbors have had trash out since the day I moved in in early August and have done nothing about it. This pile has only grown and I’m nervous that we’re going to get mice or raccoons running through our trash or even our house as a result of it. I have been told that the previous tenants have complained and as a result our house (1605 N Dunn St) has also received a fine alongside theirs, I want to make it clear that we have separate property management groups and people living there. Any help would be greatly appreciated, this type of behavior by them is unacceptable.
