Received complaint of brush pile in the alleyway.
big brush pile attracting skunks, yard overgrown, not been mowed
Complaintant called in and stated that a neighbor is dumping brush onto his property.
limbs and yard waste, particularly on the north side of street, also yard needs to be mowed
This is the third write up for yard waste violations at this residence since 10-3-2012
caller said there is a huge brush pile in the backyard and you can see it from the street. he is pretty sure that rats are living in it. he has seen two dead rats.
Large pile of leaves piled up in front of this house. They get spread around by the snow plow trucks and are making a mess. The City has picked up leaves in this area and are not going back this year.
