Our recycling has not been picked up in 2 weeks. There is no notices as to why and there is nothing in the bin that should not be recycled.

Hello! We got a notice for leaving our recycling can put past 24 hours of pickup, because our recycling has not been picked up for a MONTH? I do not think it is fair for us to have to pay any fine at all, as we put the correct items in the recycling container and it wasn’t overflowing. We left the can out by the street for 24 hours in case recycling came by later because we were not sure what was going on and why it never got picked up? I even sent an email about 2 weeks ago and never got a response!!! We are upset about this and would appreciate a response. Ticket: 62023-02-0428 Please take a look and consider appealing this. Our recycling has not been picked up after meeting all requirements and have caught the collector opening the recycling looking at it then taking a peice out to make it look like we were overflowing then turns the can sideways so they do not pick it up. We have camera evidence as well.
