I forgot to put trash and recycling out in time Thursday. After I missed the trucks, I sent a form requesting Friday pick up. The trash was picked up but recycling was not. I can wait until Thursday but wanted you to know the recycling wasn’t picked up so I don’t get charged for it

Hello! We got a notice for leaving our recycling can put past 24 hours of pickup, because our recycling has not been picked up for a MONTH? I do not think it is fair for us to have to pay any fine at all, as we put the correct items in the recycling container and it wasn’t overflowing. We left the can out by the street for 24 hours in case recycling came by later because we were not sure what was going on and why it never got picked up? I even sent an email about 2 weeks ago and never got a response!!! We are upset about this and would appreciate a response. Ticket: 62023-02-0428 Please take a look and consider appealing this. When I went to the curb to bring in my recycling container. I noticed that the wheel had be broken off. It had to have happened when the container was put down after it was emptied. We need this container either fixed or replaced before next week. Thank you.

Neighbor leaves recycling bin at curb for days after pickup. Today is Thurs, pickup was Monday morning, bin is still at street. This is a common occurence.
