FYI: a random, non-city employee man, who had a dog with him, was taking cans out of the recycling toters on my street this AM. In my opinion, this should be discouraged.

I called last Friday and reported that my recycling was never picked up and I was told to leave it by the curb and it would be a day or so before you would get to it.. As of today it is still in the front of my house full to the top so I guess it will not be picked up until tomorrow which is the usual day for pick up. I need a refund since I pay every month on my water bill for this service. Please have someone contact my. Thanks, Julie

Dear Sir or Madam, We are struggling with our recycling bin regularly not emptying fully. It is only half empty today. We are not smashing our recycling down, all boxes are flat. I am not sure what is preventing it from emptying fully. If you could please send the recycling truck back by our house, we would appreciate it, and also if you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem. Thank you.

Good morning.....we are on Monday A schedule pick up. today we had some moving boxes, that were flattened and standing beside the recycling bin, and unfortunately our recycling service did not pick up the boxes. they would not fit inside the bin, due to the measurements of the box. If these won't fit inside the bin, do I have to schedule a large pick up and have them picked up by trash and not recycle them? our address is 709 S. clifton Avenue, bloomington, 47401.
