CONSTANCE AND ROBERT CLIFTON STATED THAT THEY CALLED CBU CONTROL AT 8:45 P.M. ON AUG. 28TH AND AT 6:30 A.M. ON AUG. 29TH TO REPORT A PROBLEM TO ANIMAL CONTROL. (THE ANIMAL CONTROL DEPT. FYI--Mr. Rogers called to complain about several officers actions during an incident in which he was assaulted. He filed an internal complaint form w/ BPD & has not heard back. He is "disgusted" w/ the way BPD has handled this case & wants to speak to the Mayor. I told him that he shld allow for all the steps in the complaint process to run their course. Mr. Rogers said he wld contact Brd Public Safety, but expected to receive a phone call from the Mayor. He stated he wld call Channel 6.
