What is the proper protocol for trash illegally dumped at the road? I got a citation as property owner that I have to clean up, stuff that was dumped in the street, according to the inspector most is in our yard so we have to clean it up. Which is a lie most is in your street and a little is in the tree plot. I don’t think I should be responsible to clean up what someone illegally dumped in your streets.

Whoever does mowing for the Old Thomas Sanitation Plant yard beside my mother’s home never mows all of the cities property. Her property only goes to end of fence at back of property as shown by the surveyed stake with a pink ribbon attached. This is approx a 5’ strip perhaps. Please inform mower to mow all of the cities property so we don’t have to!!!

There is a homeless camp located between Old SR 37 and North Walnut, just north of 45. The entrance is on Old 37 as you head down into Lower Cascades Park. I witnessed multiple individuals entering the area on Saturday afternoon. With a social distancing guidelines in place, it seems like an encampment is a disaster waiting to happen.

There are cars repeatedly parked on the sidewalk at Firestone Auto 3rd and Walnut. This is occurring on a daily basis. This is a busy intersection and a horrible place to force pedestrians into the road. The city needs to find a resolution to this problem. Sending a parking enforcement officer over does not seem to be working.

I was downtown yesterday afternoon, and Firestone Auto had multiple vehicles stored/parked on the sidewalk. They are continually blocking the sidewalks at this location; there are multiple uReport cases at this address. Can the city do nothing to keep this downtown pedestrian corridor accessible?

This is a follow up on ureport #176489 in regards to the street being striped for parking spaces. I wanted to include this picture of a vehicle that’s parallel parked but it’s supposed to be angle parking but since the city has neglected to mark parking spaces, this is what happens. City seems to be deleting and ignoring requests/complaints made through this forum. Yesterday I came home to find one of my trees had been cut down by the city. It is a tree I purchased and planted 10 years ago. With no prior notice, or any explanation, it was cut down yesterday. I complained on this forum last night, ticket #165085 and it was assigned to Charles Brandt. I checked status this morning and the ticket seems to have disappeared. I can find no record of it. I also did not receive a response of any kind. Charles Brandt did not address my issue, respond to my issue, or try to resolve my issue. City response to it's voting citizens, who the city works for, needs to be addressed. What happened to my original complaint?
