At intersection of 6th and n college ave, planter filled in with concrete. What is this? Does council and OOTM know about this? This is so unsightly and not in the spirit of our downtown. This needs rectified.

Another AT&T junction box in sad shape: when you are waiting at the traffic light at the corner of W Third and Patterson, heading towards the cemetery, and you look to your left (Wheeler Mission direction) you will see this box in the gras.
