Citizen says she saw trash crew throw her can and it was airborne for about 10 feet. Says she constantly finds her cans all over the yard. Understands that we can't replace all cans neatly where they were found, but thinks crews could take more care in handling her trash cans.

Citizen says a "little guy with dark hair" from Truck 946 threw his can 4 or 5 feet up in the air and bent it all up. Says he had to hammer it back out. Claims this happens often.

Citizen says after trash/recycling pickup on Tuesday her cans and bins were scattered all over and, broken glass was left in the street and a non-accepted piece of plastic was thrown in the yard. J.A. explained that often these things happen after the crew leaves, but we would make them aware of it.

CONSTANCE AND ROBERT CLIFTON STATED THAT THEY CALLED CBU CONTROL AT 8:45 P.M. ON AUG. 28TH AND AT 6:30 A.M. ON AUG. 29TH TO REPORT A PROBLEM TO ANIMAL CONTROL. (THE ANIMAL CONTROL DEPT. PHONES ARE ANSWERED BY UTILITIES DURING OFF HOURS.) THEY STATED THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM ANIMAL CONTROL AND DIDN'T THINK THAT UTILITIES CONTROL REPORTED THE CALL.
