Hi 2 things: 1.) Using an iPhone 6, and using the (New report) Miscellaneous portion, Other issues...I keep getting bumped out of Text mode while typing in the comments box. 2.) Intersection traffic lights: The corner of Rogers & Country Club. While traveling West on CC, the West bound straight through lane is held on Red to wait, while cars traveling east on CC trigger the green turn arrow for cars to travel North. There are cars in the turn lane on CC heading south to trigger their turn arrow, but I keep thinking that I too can go, as their are no cars on the opposite side to turn in front of me. I first saw this car back in November. It still has a temporary license plate. This is the second super car driver I've seen doing this in Bloomington. Apparently they don't believe they have to pay vehicle taxes.

There is a burst pipe over spot 316 in the 4th St parking garage. Also, when I was parked in this spot yesterday I came out of work at 5:00 to find water pouring onto my windshield from this pipe. Note that this water was not coming from the break in the pipe (shown in the photo above), but from a location directly above where a Prius-sized car's windshield would be.

I couldn't find the right place to report this, so I'm reporting under other. There's a problem with the credit card reader on this parking meter. It won't read cards for sure, and it feels like something maybe stuck in there.

Another deep rutt has opened up in the alley near my parking area behind my house. This one is almost deep enough to bottom out the car if it is hit at the right angle. I live at 1115 E. 1st St.

I'm sorry the location got messed up on my submission about the rutt in the alley. It is between 1st and University off of Hawthorne, behind 1115 E. 1st St. Once again, a deep rutt in front of my parking space behind my house. Thanks.
