I think the city should install a sharps disposal in or near the park like they did at switchyard. We find used needles on the ground weekly walking our dog in the neighborhood. Thank you for your consideration.

Reported by BikeSmith (112 S College) a homeless shelter made out of cardboard was erected on their rear deck, between 113 S Gentry and 117 S Gentry, next to 119 S Gentry. Garbage in massive amount strewn all over the back yard. Visible from Banta Ave.

Husky is left tied outside all day. Water not accessible today because under little trampoline type bed for him to lay on. Shelter is canvas dog house that blows around. Left out for long periods of time- all day into evening without shelter except for canvas one. Water is not heated so most likely frozen . I do not want them to know who reported . I am afraid of retaliation from them. It is a. They have two pigs inside as well as other dogs but this dog is left out most of the time.
