The light installed to illuminate the train tracks/10th street underpass area does not have a shield and blasts the area between Tulip Tree and Campus View with light as well. Not sure whose jurisdiction or if a shield could be installed to direct the light more at the train tracks. Thanks!

Road disrepair -- Woodbine between Covenanter and Windermere Woods Dr. East side of the road. Due to the drainage that runs from Windermere down Woodbine to the distant drain on Covenanter, the road side has eroded terribly from water drainage. It's been patched before but the water flow continues to crumble the repairs. The distance between Covenanter and Windermere Woods Dr needs attention, please! Thanks so much!

Transient individual with poor dog camped out on sidewalk, in trees and vegetation that is overly weedy and smells like human waste, and taking over the public bench. Cannot use and would not now based on conditions. Help this situation please. Feels unsafe walking by alone especially in morning or night.
