This property continues to add to the trash and debris in their yard. It coninutally blows onto my property and around to other neighbor's property, too. 156 days has passed since this was last reported. WHY has it taken so long?! There are several grocery carts, a large screen tv and a new addition this week is a refrigerator. The refrigerator could have been picked up by the city, but no. They probably never requested that to be picked up. It is SO FRUSTRATING to have this yard a complete mess and is embarrassing to have friends over. It is PAST TIME to do something about this!

This tree is going to fall on my vehicles, my neighbor’s vehicle and possibly our houses. The root system is showing. It needs to be cut down. I’m not sure why it was even kept when most of this was cut down for the new complex being built across the street. It appears as if some of it is dead.

I live next door to this house at 328 S. Fairview Street, which is a rental. My neighbor's tree again has broken branches resting on my cable/internet line and will possibly take out the line during this or future storms - this has happened in the past. These trees need to be maintained as they are also close to power lines that go into my house. The trees are inside neighbor's fence in the alley between my house and 328 S Fairview. Thank you.

On the northeast corner of 17th and Kinser Pike, looks like there's a pretty good patch of poison hemlock growing. Since its a noxious weed, I figured I'd report it!

There are at least 9 abandoned gutted Ameritech (labels are on the boxes) boxes on Grahmn and Henderson adjacent to the Winslow Farms neighborhoods. We just were awarded a small and simple grant in order to pick up trash in the area and these boxes are so unsightly and beg vandalism that they diminish the beauty and value of the properties. These, because of the merger/purchase of ATT belong to ATT.

There are exterior lights that are very bright and unshaded on the east side of this house that are lighting up neighboring properties. This has been documented by the city as light trespass and is a code violation, but seems like nothing is being done about this. They have been left on for days, day and night, and it is disruptive to nature and it is annoying. Is it ok because they have a million dollar house? Please enforce this.
Thank you for giving this your attention.

Stephen was asking about the city's response to Malibou house as he is a resident of the street on which one of their houses is located and expressed that he is already dealing with the effects of slummy properties, and this is making it much more difficult to deal with. He complained about noise, traffic, and the overall parking nightmare that has become of his culdesac.

Intersection of Maxwell Lane and the 900 south block of Eastside Drive. Black sedan parked too close to intersection, blocking visibility. I think license plate the 743EAL (?). I’ve observed car there from 9 am until 10:40 am.
