Weeds in gutter for three blocks. Unsightly. Last year a crew came through and cleared them. Much appreciated. Permanent solution would be to pack asphalt between roadway and curb where weeds grow. About an inch gap. Can the city help?

There is a "tent" structure in the front yard of this property. The legal owner is deceased and her adult children occupy this house without paying taxes. The homeless people who congregate here do not have access to a bathroom or sewage system. The property is littered with clothing and trash. This property has been under an abatement, which I believe ended when the property was sold recently at the Treasurer's tax sale. This property continues to be an eyesore and a health concern from feces & urine (from lack of restroom access), as well as rodent & insect investations. I have also seen needles from drug use scattered on the road in the past.

There's another large piece of equipment parked behind their house in the old alley. It looks like a big fire hazzard

Wasn't sure how to categorize this issue of cigarette litter. north sidewalk on Kirkwood, outside of Crazy Horse and Alley Bar. Patrons of these two businesses frequently litter their cigarettes onto the sidewalk, into the planter, into the drain, into the metal cage surrounding the pipes--without extinguishing them. It's pretty gross and also a fire hazard. And I'm guessing when the cigarettes go into that drain, they end up in Clear Creek, which isn't great for the environment (not that there aren't other issues affecting Clear Creek's cleanliness, but still). I've noticed it for years, but I guess I only cared enough to write a UReport now. Because earlier this week I was walking my dog on that sidewalk, and someone flicked their cigarette onto the ground near me, and my dog must have thought it was a treat or a scrap of food because she tried to gobble it up. And I think it burnt her tongue a little because she was whining for the rest of the day. Maybe we could get Crazy Horse and Alley Bar to set up cigarette receptacles so their patrons have a designated place to safely dispose of cigarettes?

Did the recent deck addition to this house go through planning? It looks terrible, and will only serve as a catalyst for parties, noise, and trash.

An orange "Core&Main" tarp has been up between our property (1437 N Kinser Pike) and the Aspen Heights property for about 2 years. I spoke with Aspen Heights and they said it was the purview of the city. It doesn't seem to be doing anything productive anymore, as far as I can tell, but if it is, half of it has fallen down. It makes for extra yard work, mowing around it and weedwacking by it. If it can be taken down, that would be great. If it needs to stay up, may we politely request it be fixed where it has fallen.

The main paved walking, bike trail at switchyard park. The bikes especially elecyric bikes are being driven too fast. I push a dog stroller to the dog park and suddenly the bikes go wizzing past us, very fast happens all the time now. They are going to eventually collide with someone walking a child or dog.
