Man in white house next door to 516 (driving a silver Cube) backed in to a car parked on the street that belongs to a girl living across the street. He proceeded to back in to it twice within a minute while trying to get in parking spot.

There are two completely dead trees on the north side of 2nd St. at the corner of Swain and 2nd. The one closest to the corner loses big limbs during storms. Someone is going to get hurt. Last weekend a dead tree broke the rear windshield of a car further up on Swain. Two weeks ago an enormous tree on Swain (corner of E University) collapsed across Swain into Andy Ruff's yard causing a power outage for us in the neighborhood. Someone needs to be policing these dead trees which are major hazards for those of us who walk. I previously reported a dead tree (still dead) behind the house on the south side of 2nd, corner of Swain. Thank you.

The HVAC that serves the City Showers Building is increasingly getting louder. The sound level has gone from 88 decibels last week to 95 decibels this week. My office is the very most northwest location in the Showers Building and I can hear it through the office walls with a sound like the drone of a cicadas. I invite you to see how long you can stand on 10th Street adjacent to the Showers Building without plugging your ears to the high pitched screech of the City HVAC. I will likely swing by for public comment at the next available public meeting. Find the money in the budget to replace this nuisance please. It is truly upsetting those who work nearby it.

I wish to report a code violation regarding overgrowth and grass length at 537 N. Plymouth Road in Park Ridge East. The code states that anything greater than 8" is in violation. The front yard is grown up with weeds taller than this. The back yard is MUCH more of a problem with overgrowth even taller than the front yard. We are concerned about mosquitoes and other such problems as a result of this overgrowth. We would appreciate the City giving them a slight nudge to take care of this yard maintenance issue.

When it rains, there is no drainage at this spot. All along the north side of 2nd from College to Rogers there are multiple areas of flooding on the street through this corridor.

Hello, I'm reaching out on behalf of my employer Hanapin Marketing. We currently reside in the Showers complex at 501 N. Morton Street, and our employees share the Showers Red Parking Lot with County employees. Over the last 6 months, we have all noticed a rise in crime in the parking lot, particularly with theft. I've attached several police reports that have been filed in the last few months to support these claims. These are the incidents that were reported to the police, however, there have been others as well that were never filed. For example, in early January one of our employees had his door handle ripped off his car entirely. We are hoping that the city will notice this trend and assist us in our request to advocate for higher security and/or additional patrols in that area to deter thefts. I'd like to honor the late Billy Graham by changing the Bloomington roads with "Graham" in the name (i.e., East Graham Place, Graham Drive, etc.) to "Billy Graham." Billy Graham Place, Billy Graham Drive, etc. Not sure how to go about this request. Thank you for any assistance.
