I would like to remain anonymous, but I know of a house that has four residents with only allowing three to live there and be on the lease. I am reporting this because they tried to offer a sublet without being able to get on the lease and I think this is illegal. The house is at 2629 E Edwards row. I think this is an issue and should be dealt with.
Our next door neighbor (to the west) have a giant pile of garbage and a separate pile of kitty litter in his back yard. Both piles are several feet tall and several feet wide. You can smell the piles around the neighborhood. They are also hazardous since they are right next to an open water drainage ditch. I know that these same people have been reported to the city several times before about the same thing (by the previous owners). What can be done to address this issue?

My neighbor at 1111 East Carnaby Street in Sherwood Green (single family dwelling) has 8 to 9 people living with her. There is a family of five and her and her girlfriend and a dog. Please help!!

The backdoor is not locking now (I have tried) and inside it's a mess with evidence of trespassers using the house for various activities. BPD has visited the house three times in the past 60 days due to the back door standing open. With the weather and trespassing occurring at the I address, you need to get the owner's attention to lock it up and also care for it in a consistent manner. It has evidence of being abandoned. Also evident are the two waste and recycle toters at the front door - never touched by the homeowner. An advertisement that the house is vacant. Has BPD contacted you for enforcement help? Hello: I am not certain to whom I should report this problem. One of my neighbors (502 Jordan) has a shrub of poison ivy growing in the front yard. The poison ivy shrub is located in front of the house on the southeast corner of the property. Could you please ask the person who owns the house to get rid of this noxious plant?
