On S. Fess on the west side of the street, between 2nd and Hunter, between the sidewalk and the curb, you fill find the scene as shown in the attached photo. It appears a water meter lid is missing and there are some pieces that look askew. This is a large, deep hole that could seriously injure someone who steps into it.

Hello, There is water coming up from under the paved surface of the city hall parking lot. The water leak is located in the east-most visitor parking spot -- where the drain is located. The downtown bus station has been deliberately gating off and not allowing the public to use the restrooms on and off for some time without a sign, notice anything sometimes for hours or a whole day this is illegal!

I am interested in a property located on 212 S Roosevelt St. Is the land survey that is on record public knowledge? If so, how would I go about getting access to the land survey for this property? Thanks in advance.
