AT&T installed an orange fiber pipe in my front yard in 2021. They also left a hole in the ground covered in plywood with a cone on top that says not to touch due to electricity danger. I need to access this part of my yard for tree work. I called AT&T's fiber repair department who said they had no plans to finish the installation. Can you please help me figure out how to get this fixed or removed? I am at 2705 S Forrester St Bloomington IN 47401. Thank you.

the issue is the begging for money on the side of the road. Your ayyempt to curb this distraction to traffic by putting up a few signs that say " no loitering panhandeling or soliciting" well a good attempt, i feel has missed the mark. Any signage should be aimed at the motorists that get a feeling of guilt,offer money, perpetuating this roadside begging. I suggest a sine at the hot locations for begging stating the positive offerings in Bloomington ."Bloomington offers: 4 homeless shelters Social services: *center stone *shalom community ctr. *weeler mission *new hope for families *middle way house *monroe county united min. Women’s city restroom next to IT and vending has little to no ventilation, smells strongly of sewer, is missing bolts on a some bathroom stall door locks, and the area to change/nurse/pump is only shielded by a curtain that you walk right into when you open the swinging main door to the restroom.
