Although the map doesn't indicate it, there is a house on the corner that appears to be running a commercial paint company. There's a trailer with no less than 50 5 gal paint buckets and a storage trailer as well. Not sure if paint is leeching out of the trailer but it looks like crap in a residential neighborhood.

Please don't lose to the myths being put out about duplexes in town. Core neighborhoods are core for a reason - that is where individuals can be good for the environment and their pocketbooks by having shorter commutes. Plexes also save residents money on utilities. Both are housing costs too. And the notion that single family homes are somehow cheaper than plexes is backwards. Homes in poor condition may be cheap but square foot for square foot of the same quality plexes will always win out. So many other myths too. Keep doing what you need to in order to build smart for our future.

Are there any codes or ordinances about what you can build in your backyard in a subdivision? If so, does the attached photo of said eyesore illegally fall under any municipal codes?

An anonymous constituent called ESD and reported an issue with this property. There is constant construction/farm equipment being moved around in a way that has become troublesome as it seems a business is being run out of the property. The zoning for the land is PUD. Also, there is parking on unimproved surfaces and oil leakages.
Thank you for looking into this.

913 W Graham Dr. Too many people living at this house. Loud, reckless neighbors. City buses run down Graham Dr and can barely squeeze between all the cars they have parked on the side of the road. Easily 10+ people living in one single family home. We are just requesting that authorities look in to if this is legal and perhaps ask if they can remove all the vehicles from in the road.
