Last night someone broke into my car and stole a few items. There is no camera and nothing was valuable but I just wanted to report this issue incase it happens again to someone else around me.

Sewage keeps backing up in our bathtub - smells terrible, toilet doesnt flush when this happens and cant be used. Standing water on the floor/carpet. These issues keep happening and the apartment complex says that they fix it and then it happens again. This time maintenance said it is an airconditioning unit. I can explain more if you can call me. Dave’s Hot Chicken blares music and PA announcements very loudly, audible more than half of a block away. You can’t carry on a conversation while passing the restaurant. This seems to be a violation of the city’s noise ordinance. Please enforce it. Thank you.

The fence that was installed along the border of a vacated alley is excessively tall. Can someone come out to this location to assess the height of the fence and the shed that is even taller that was built right on the property line. This fence blocks light and is very tall from my side of the property. I have other photos of this fence from different angles, but can't upload them here due to the limit of one photo upload.
