Property should be inspected prior to allowing it to be rented. House is in disrepair and outdoor property has invasive plants growing all around buildings and up into electrical wires on SE corner of property.
HAND has left a notice on the "front door" of this house (12th Street side), but the actual door that is used to get into the house is the deck door off the alley. Current tenants probably will never see the notice unless it is moved to the door that they use.
Retaining wall is collapsing. Large stones are now blocking the alley to vehicular traffic on the east side of the property. Other stones are ready to fall and are dangerous. Property owner was made aware of this a month ago, but has neglected to even pick up the stones, let alone repair the wall.

I need to report a tenant who is living at a storage facility by renting out an office space and is also using it for vehicle storage with multiple trucks being stored out in the driveways. This is causing a concern and an issue. This has been informed to the landlord and still continues.

Over-occupied. Has been a problem for at least one year. Current tenants ave the following Indiana license plate numbers: YKS555 - AVA812 - YKX366 - 145PZA - TSN865 - RFV277 - 450BXO - TK430LIJ (white pickup truck). They keep adding things that are not meant for outdoors. This item is now ruined as it sat out in the rain! Please keep this property owner accountable.
THIS is somehow better than it was before the NOV?!!!! THIS is unacceptable! Those are STORAGE BINS under that tarp...those belong IN a shed or something! Plus there are tires stacked up and a ton of other stuff! This HAS NOT been resolved!
