Other: THIS is somehow better than it was before the NOV?!!!! THIS is unacceptable! Those are STORAGE BINS under that tarp...those belong IN a shed or something! Plus there are tires stacked up and a ton of other stuff! This HAS NOT been resolved!

We cannot address items on private property located beneath an enclosure such as a tarp because to do so would be trespassing. The items in the yard are not violations of code. There was no trash ( litter, cans, paper, putrescible waste). These are violations of the code. The many trash bags full of personal items have been removed. The items not intended for outdoor use have been removed. The vehicles are being addressed.
