There are people living in the back yard of the house in an RV. There is a dog tied to the RV 24/7 and it barks night and day. Light blue house, corner of 7th & Habitat St.

Officer Minder was already aware and had been to this address. Drove by today & no dogs outside. Spoke with owner who says they have 2 dogs they rotate in and out on tie out but dogs are inside otherwise and in at night.
