We’ve been moved out of our apartment since Halloween of 2021. We moved/transferred our Duke Energy to our new location, however the move service did not shut off our old account. We did not know until last month. I called the arch apartments to have them take the bill back into their name. They did that but the bill got pushed onto my new account. The arch didn’t absorb the bill. The Arch is getting demolished and has their phone disconnected.

We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. There is a giant machine outside out my apartment for construction work. It is the week before finals and it starts making one of the loudest noises I have ever heard at 7 am. It’s ridiculous and don’t see why they can’t start at 9.

600 N. Morton on the corner of the parking lot for city vehicles, there is an abandoned couch just right off the sidewalk. Where the marker is placed according to my screen is precisely where the couch is located.

Is there a reason why Michael Stewart is not responding to all the blocked sidewalk complaints? I’ve reported a few months back and I’m getting no response. Look at all the blocked sidewalk complaints and most are all open with. I comments. If he is unable to do this, can someone else take it over? Unacceptable.
