Other: Is there a reason why Michael Stewart is not responding to all the blocked sidewalk complaints? I’ve reported a few months back and I’m getting no response. Look at all the blocked sidewalk complaints and most are all open with. I comments. If he is unable to do this, can someone else take it over? Unacceptable.
