City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #169110

Street & Traffic Signs:

Web Form: Relevant to ticket #169078, does this mean the first sign ("City of Bloomington Authorized Parking Only") is to be ignored entirely? If so, what purpose does it serve? I find this signage confusing and I know I'm not alone.

Hi Cory, The lot is owned by the City Redevelopment Commission, hence the City sign stating that only City-authorized use is permitted. In addition, The Mill has erected a sign reminding their members to display Mill permits during business hours (8-5), which is an authorized use under their lease agreement. After 5 PM, the lots may be used by the public, similar to the City Hall lot on 401 Morton St. Thanks, Brian
