Is there a reason why Michael Stewart is not responding to all the blocked sidewalk complaints? I’ve reported a few months back and I’m getting no response. Look at all the blocked sidewalk complaints and most are all open with. I comments. If he is unable to do this, can someone else take it over? Unacceptable.

The City has worked hard on safety for the event. There will be a perimeter around the fireworks display area. Please see attached map. Viewers will not be able to watch the fireworks inside that area." There is no "attached map" that I could find and no instructions/advisory as to where folks might set up lawn chairs and view the show. Given that there may be a large crowd, where are we advised to gather to watch? B-town Boom fireworks are an opportunity to celebrate the Bicentennial of the City of Bloomington and Monroe County while kicking off Bloomington's Fourth of July festivities. More info to come." Again, no information about where viewers should or can gather. Can you please advise?
The fraternity Phi Gamma Delta has been playing very loud music all afternoon and evening, and it is easily heard inside nearby buildings. I don't know if this is a city issue or a university issue, but I know that uReports are an effective tool in general, and was hoping I could be directed to the right place.
We’ve been moved out of our apartment since Halloween of 2021. We moved/transferred our Duke Energy to our new location, however the move service did not shut off our old account. We did not know until last month. I called the arch apartments to have them take the bill back into their name. They did that but the bill got pushed onto my new account. The arch didn’t absorb the bill. The Arch is getting demolished and has their phone disconnected.
Animals (horse and sheep) being kept in front yard of unoccupied home without shelter from weather, sun and extreme temperatures. Does not appear to be water available. Small roaming area with electric fence. The horse today, is standing under the overhang against the house for shade.
Feb 15 - I would like to uderstand what happened to my alley and stone wall. The alley that I maintain and mow since 2005 now has a load of greavel dumped on it - without any notification or reason. This makes it unsightly, less usable for walking and unmowable. Portions of the stone retaining wall along N Fairview Street have also been destroyed. Neighbors reported seeing a City truck knocking the wall down and then trying to jam it back in place with a backhoe. But the results of how it was left can be seen in the attached photo. Both of these will be costly to repair. Do you know who was responsible for this?
