I am renting this property and the landlord’s repairman did not connect the ventilation tubing to the outside so all the lint and debris is getting pumped into the air. I wanted to report this as a violation of housing code. Thank you.
Hello: I am not certain to whom I should report this problem. One of my neighbors (502 Jordan) has a shrub of poison ivy growing in the front yard. The poison ivy shrub is located in front of the house on the southeast corner of the property. Could you please ask the person who owns the house to get rid of this noxious plant? The backdoor is not locking now (I have tried) and inside it's a mess with evidence of trespassers using the house for various activities. BPD has visited the house three times in the past 60 days due to the back door standing open. With the weather and trespassing occurring at the I address, you need to get the owner's attention to lock it up and also care for it in a consistent manner. It has evidence of being abandoned. Also evident are the two waste and recycle toters at the front door - never touched by the homeowner. An advertisement that the house is vacant. Has BPD contacted you for enforcement help? 1305, 1313, 1401 W. Woodhill Drive, plus others in the West Pointe subdivision, have mold on exterior, broken shutters and garage doors. They are in total disrepair. Caladbolg Corporation needs to be held accountable to city code 16.04.040 Exterior property areas. Their properties are nothing but eyesores! Please get these properties cleaned up!
Possible unauthorized rental/leasing arrangement at 3620 W. Race St., Bloomington, IN 47403. This year I have noticed three short term , out of state, visitors at the described property that appear to be in a room rental agreement with the owner. Typical stay is about one month. Not sure if this an approved activity but worth making sure it's within compliance. We're not overly fond of not knowing who are short term neighbors are. The police have been contacted on two occasions for suspicious activity, possibly related to drugs.
My neighbor at 1111 East Carnaby Street in Sherwood Green (single family dwelling) has 8 to 9 people living with her. There is a family of five and her and her girlfriend and a dog. Please help!!

The house next door to us has been abandoned for over a year. The yard is extremely over grown and the house is wide open. Our neighborhood has had an increased crime activity and this house is a welcome mat for people to use as a hideaway. The address is 202 E Ridgeview Dr. 47401, what can we do?
