Hello, There is water coming up from under the paved surface of the city hall parking lot. The water leak is located in the east-most visitor parking spot -- where the drain is located. I have observed this constant flow of water multiple times, over multiple months. It is currently being used as a bird bath... Melissa O'Neill
On S. Fess on the west side of the street, between 2nd and Hunter, between the sidewalk and the curb, you fill find the scene as shown in the attached photo. It appears a water meter lid is missing and there are some pieces that look askew. This is a large, deep hole that could seriously injure someone who steps into it.

Behind 512 W Howe St. - I had this problem in the Fall will tree limbs being placed on the street and on my property on the Smith Ave side. This morning I found more limbs and a political sign posted near my recycle and trash bins. I removed the sign but have not yet removed the limbs. This is more of a report for the city since this is becoming a pattern. If it continues I'll ask for next steps. Thank you, Matt Francisco

This is a part of a sidewalk on Winslow between Henderson and Piccadilly and is on the south side of Winslow. It has been like this for a few years, has been previously reported by me and our HOA at Sherwood Green with nothing done. Many people walk/run/skateboard/bike on this sidewalk. There is a man in a wheel chair who uses this sidewalk. It is particularly hazardous during winter with the ice/snow. Please fix this!
Deer invasion is getting out of control unable to enjoy my yard it is fenced but they can jump it besides destroying all my plants now they are chasing after a visiting family dog I know the task force is done But what can be done ?
There is a telephone wire that runs across my backyard that is low enough to hit your head on, and touch the top of some vehicles.
This, undoubtedly, may be the weirdest email you will probably read. Or one of the weirdest. I am a guy who is a collector of patches, and wherever I go, I collect a patch as a souvenir and reminder of a place that I have been. I have been to Bloomington, IN, on a handful of occasions, however I have neither seen or found a City of Bloomington Patch or an IU patch, for that matter, to add to my collection. In such cases, I can have a custom embroidery company make a patch, based on a design that I give them. Now logos, like the logo for the City of Bloomington, are often copyrighted, understandably, to avoid replication without the approval of the given source. Considering this, I wanted to check with you guys, and see if it was permissible and acceptable by you to use your city logo to make a custom patch with. This would be for my personal collection, and not profiteering off your city's logo, but merely as a memento. It is out of respect that I make this request. If it not acceptable, I understand, and I will respect that decision. The person that this is addressed to does not live here at 5314 S. Southway Drive. And we keep getting bills for them. Have came to report this in person and also attempted to call your office with no results. Please get this taken care of. If not to stop the annoyance to me, to help this person keep their water on.
