Hello! There has been an RV parked in our neighborhood street for around a month, and does not have tags. Individuals come and go from it frequently, to the house it's parked in front of and to the RV. I am concerned about the safety it presents to people in our area. The BHSS football games are absurdly loud. We should not have to hear their announcements indoors with the windows closed from over a mile away.
