Abandoned vehicle parked facing south on Fairview St. This vehicle has been parked on the cross section of W. 6th St. & Fairview St. for approximately 7 days which during that time has not moved. Hello, I am unsure who to contact regard a close call incident with a Crider and Crider dump truck. I only wanted to send in a complaint since we followed the dump truck to the Tri-North Middle School construction site. If the city can do anything about this since Crider and Crider has the contract, I would apricate the help. Here are the details: Location: East Bound on W Vernal Pike, just over Interstate 69, right before the turning lane to N Crescent RD. Date and Time: 6/29/2019 between 7:40am – 8:00am Incident: Crider and Crider dump truck 62 passed my wife and myself extremely close while we were on bicycles. We just crested the hill on W Vernal Pike, no oncoming traffic was coming, the dump truck came within 1 to 2 feet while passing both of us. We ride single file and to the right 1/3 of the road to allow drivers behind us to pass safely. We were able to follow the dump truck to the Tri-North Middle School to gather the truck number, before the truck entered the construction site.
Noise violation. Car alarm going off for 3+ hours from 10:45PM to 2:15AM (and it is still going on) at parking lot for 605 Fess. Car license plate number IN 138QS. Charges should be filed against the car owner and landlord for disturbing the peace. My wife, daughter, and I are still awake. The police told us, after being here multiple times, that they can do nothing. This is a clear violation and is unacceptable.
This Honda vehicle with California plates is parked on the property of Fairview United Methodist Church, 600 W. 6th Street. It probably belongs to the renter of the brick house in the background. I am a Trustee of FUMC and we would like to have the vehicle removed from our parking lot.

On the south side of Winslow, between Walnut Pike and the Mexican restaurant there are tree limbs blocking the use of the sidewalk. The evergreen trees are the worst of the problem. I have to crouch down very low to avoid hitting my head on the branches.
The person that this is addressed to does not live here at 5314 S. Southway Drive. And we keep getting bills for them. Have came to report this in person and also attempted to call your office with no results. Please get this taken care of. If not to stop the annoyance to me, to help this person keep their water on.
This, undoubtedly, may be the weirdest email you will probably read. Or one of the weirdest. I am a guy who is a collector of patches, and wherever I go, I collect a patch as a souvenir and reminder of a place that I have been. I have been to Bloomington, IN, on a handful of occasions, however I have neither seen or found a City of Bloomington Patch or an IU patch, for that matter, to add to my collection. In such cases, I can have a custom embroidery company make a patch, based on a design that I give them. Now logos, like the logo for the City of Bloomington, are often copyrighted, understandably, to avoid replication without the approval of the given source. Considering this, I wanted to check with you guys, and see if it was permissible and acceptable by you to use your city logo to make a custom patch with. This would be for my personal collection, and not profiteering off your city's logo, but merely as a memento. It is out of respect that I make this request.
