Catherine did not pay the "unregistered fee" for $105.00 at this time because she doesn't understand how it could be applicable to her, and has requested that someone explain it to her. She states that neither her nor her husband received any notification that they had to register with the COB, until HAND notified them this summer, stating that you had to register to rent. Ms. Burbage is concerned that Insight will raise the basic service fees, therefore, she will not be able to afford her basic service fee.
Ms. Anton wrote the Council concerned about flyers being placed on her door. She was worried that if they were placed while she was away burlars would know that no one was home. She wanted to know whether we had or would consider an ordinance prohibiting the use of flyers. Do we have any regulations regarding the use of door hanger notices?
Mr. Chin copied the City of Bloomington on a letter to Insight Communications regarding incorrect billing for cancelled service.
Ms. Geyer wrote a letter to Michelle Fanfair thanking her for taking time to answer some of her questions about recreational opportunities at BACC. She added that the opportunities at the center are wonder for the community and it is nice to have a place where all ages and all walks of life are free to come together.
Mr. Bennett is unhappy that the landscaping, which followed the widening of Sare Road, is not properly maintained? Specifically, there is a section south of Hyde Park condos on the west side of Sare Rd. has NOT been touched in 2 yrs. SEE ATTACHED LETTER. (AK)

Kid City commendation. Her daughter and a friend attended 2 sessions of KC Outdoor this summer. It was a wonderful experience. Activities were creative and fun. Really enjoyed the camp-out @ Yellowwood. Especially impressed with the counselors - great role models. Keep up the good work! (see letter)
