Ms. Burbage is concerned that Insight will raise the basic service fees, therefore, she will not be able to afford her basic service fee.

Ms. Cherrington has problem with $1500 occupancy fine. In addition, she feels that the City provides no way to appeal such fines. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED LETTER FOR MORE DETAILS.

Would like to see a proposed walk added to Southeast Park. Increase mowing schedule of park.
Comment/suggestion re: People's Park. Saw article in the HT about improvements. Would like to add a suggestion that the wall be removed. It attracts people to sit on it and attracts walkers-by to converse w/those sitting on it and blocks pedestrian traffic on sidewalk. In addition, it is dingy and unattractive. She applauds the Dept for its initiative to improve the park.

Ms. Geyer wrote a letter to Michelle Fanfair thanking her for taking time to answer some of her questions about recreational opportunities at BACC. She added that the opportunities at the center are wonder for the community and it is nice to have a place where all ages and all walks of life are free to come together.
Mr. Bennett is unhappy that the landscaping, which followed the widening of Sare Road, is not properly maintained? Specifically, there is a section south of Hyde Park condos on the west side of Sare Rd. has NOT been touched in 2 yrs. SEE ATTACHED LETTER. (AK)
Mr. Shields wrote a letter to Councilmember Banach asking the City to "rethink the location" of the "oversized maintenance building" in the Cascades Park/Golf Course area near Rosewood Drive.
