8TH AND HOPEWELL ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE STREET. There is a car without license plates covered by a tarp parked on the street, the car is rusting out and is an eyesore. Owner is piling truck loads of limestone in the City Right of Way. The entire area is overgrown with brush.
Accum. of trash bags. Some torn and litter scattered everywhere.
Ms. Innman came in and filed a complaint for a rotten tree at the above address. She spoke to an inspector - inspector stated that the tree is @ Stad. View 6 & her drive-way. The owner's of the property told Ms. Innman they would trim her side but they haven't done anything & she is afraid it will fall on her side. It has been over 1 year.

MARTIN STATED THAT IN HER NEIGHBOR'S BACKYARD THERE IS A PIPE COVERING OF SOME TYPE (SHE WAS THINKING MANHOLE). THE GROUND IS STARTING TO ERODE AROUND THE OPENING. THE HOLE IS FORMING BETWEEN HER CHAIN LINK FENCE AND THE OPENING. THE FENCE POST IS STARTING TO SINK. MARTIN FEELS THAT THIS AREA IS A SINKHOLE. PLEASE CALL BEFORE COMING OUT.

Betsy called to complain that the Community Kitchen and Shelter across from her and her husband Robert's residence, should not be in a residential area. Police are called REGULARLY for drunkeness and verbal and physical violent behavior. Loitering in and around their property is also a problem. She has spoken with the president of the board (didn't indicate which one) and also directors of both places, but nothing changes.
