There is a creek that runs in the back of his property. The drain is clogged. The property in the back has recently done some landscaping diverting the water to Johnson's property. The creek runs into a culvert. The culvert seems to be clogged causing a backup of water on Johnson's property. Gary Walls is the builder. The house was built in 1996.

Mr. Brown contacted the Public Works office on 3/22/04 to express his concern to the Telecommunications Council regarding his cable bill going from $41.45 to 44.75 with out an explanation. Mr. Brown stated that if Insight had competition then an increase would not be issued with out an explanation.

Mr. Woodring feels that Insight has a monopoly in this area in regards to cable service. The TCC should also have an agreement with Insight regarding broad ban service. He was unable to sign up for SBC's service due to a third party ownership of the lines specifically related to Acadia Court area. Due to this problem, he felt that he was forced into signing up with Insight at higher price in order to receive the broad ban service.
