Mr. Tarter had info. to pass on to a detective reg. a crime and says the dispatch office was rude to him when he was trying to help. Tarter continued to call and put through to the same recording and says after the third time the dispatcher, who refused to give his name, called him an "idiot." Tarter then wanted to speak to the dispatch supervisor who denied that the rude behavior took place and told him he would have to speak with Chief Kennedy.

Water runing out of a pipe in a stone wall along 6th St and into the alley. Ms. Hawkins is worried that the water will freeze this winter and be dangerous. The outlet discharges are not rainfall based according to Ms. Hawkins.

Citizen is TCI subscriber who receives most premium services. Says except for HBO, reception is usually bad - double images, not sharp quality, etc. TCI has come to check and told her the problem was with the "traps" they use but nothing could really be done. Feels she should be able to get a better picture for the cost of the premium channels. At the time, TCI was trying to improve the quality of picture.

Re: Thomson Park: the west border has tree grove with barbed wire fence. It's old and is piercing the trees. Some of the trees in bad condition. She wants someone to be aware and she would be happy to help remove it. She's very concerned about the condition of the trees.

Farmers Market was fine for years. Ms. Jackson against spending large amount of money for new shelter--was waste of taxpayers' money. She is taxed to death and yet the City won't pick up her leaves. This is simply mismanagement.

Objects to spending $250,000 on farmers market shelter when it will be used by people from out of the county. His taxes have gone up the last two years and he is on a fixed income. As a taxpayer, he is disappointed with this "runaway" taxation.
