Like many others in my neighborhood, I have had items stolen from my (unlocked) car this summer. In particular an empty Ray Ban sunglasses case, and a cheap GSP system ($100). I noticed the items were missing about July 7.
Details: Just off E Third Street in front of house 213 Overhill, there is a big orange sign "Right lane closed ahead". The sign has been there for months, while there seems nothing going on ahead. Did they forget to take away the sign after the construction was done?!
Location of your Problem: ?? Southdowns Details: The branches of the trees (willows?) on Southdowns are hitting cyclists in the face if they stay in the designated bike lane, between Woodlawn (Bryan Park) and Highland. Please check both sides of Southdowns (one-way traffic). I think the trees need a trim.
We live on Wellington Drive in Sherwood Oaks and our street sign is turned so it looks like Wellington is Allendale and vice versa. Also off of Allendale, the Roxbury sign is bent. House was vacant but neighbor is now concerned there may be squatters in building. Check for unsafe, unregistered rental, squatters, to see if owner is the same, etc.

Location of your Problem: 1800 E Second Details: Residential Neighborhood Parking sign missing? The other day a car parked in the 1800 bloc of E Second Street got a ticket. I felt sorry for the person because there was no "Residential Neighborhood Parking" sign at that section of Second Street. There are 2 close by but they could be perceived as pertaining only to those sections and not to the next, where the car was parked. Between 15th/16th on Indiana, on the westside of the street there is a large tree growing in the tree plot that is crowding the street. Transit buses are having a difficult time due to large branches hanging down. please call Barbara with an update.
