Someone in this general area is playing extremely loud music. This began last night at around 1:30a.m. I attempted to call the proper phone number ((812) 339-4477) to file a noise complaint, but the call never connected. I attempted to call three or four times before giving up. Today, it has started again, in the same general area, and again, I was unable to call to file a noise complaint. I have had issues with trying to file a noise complaint in the past - either I get placed on hold for an hour (or until I give up), or the call refuses to connect. I've spoken to others who have described similar issues, so I know this isn't just on my end. There needs to be an online method to file noise complaints since the phone system does not seem to be reliable. Either way, since I couldn't file a complaint over the phone, I am doing so here.

Meters, Today is government holiday so I thought the meters would be off. However I found it wasn't the case. Some meters read "free parking" and some read the regular about and running times. I wanted to check to see if your website mention that the meters were running the webpage cited the holidays and dates the meters were off but today wasn't mentioned. I paid $3.00 just to be safe because I rather pay now than have a $50 tickets. However I feel that the meter should be constant and that you web page give a clear answer. the taco bell down town i went there to get something to eat had to go to court house 1st was gone 8 mins come back to get something to eat and they towed my car i had to pay 240..00 $ i hope this is not how bloomington lets all the business treat your citizens

This house is currently creating a lot of noise. There is loud cursing, homophobic slurs, and other negative language being yelled.
