I wonder what can be done about 2102 E. Wimbleton Lane in southeast Bloomington. No one has lived there a several years. Someone does cut the lawn, but the house is aging and in disrepair. In the past months, the gutter over the garage is falling off and the house is becoming a real eye-sore. Can anything be done to locate the owners and have them keep up maintenance on the house? My husband and I are present members of the YMCA, and go this facility often. We are concerned about the lack of cleanliness of the locker room, bathrooms and the drinking fountains. This is a health risk to our community, with the potential for diseases. Also, the drinking fountain in the track area is warm, plus never cleaned. Another example is in the shower. I have seen something left accidently like a shampoo bottle, and I will see it there for weeks at a time. The shower smells of urine,and it is NOT clean. Again, we are very concerned about possible diseases. The health department needs to do an inspection. My husband and I have complained to the YMCA multiple times, but nothing has changed. This home has had a wrecked burned up car parked in the yard for several weeks . A fixer upper RV with tools for repairs for weeks, fenders, bumpers, vehicle paint jobs, and multiple vehicles parked frequently. Also tools everywhere. It looks more like a fix-it shop than a neighborhood private home. Could someone PLEASE go speak the home owner..

We had to move due to our rental, not having heat or running water. The hot water heater went out, as well as the heater. Landlord refused to fix. The landlord was notified, and the response was for us to fix it.

This lawn has not been touched (almost abandoned). The weeds and grass exceeds 12 inches all over the yard, hurting the values of homes in the neighborhood. Please require a change.

I live at 2327 S Terra Ct, and I would like to report trash in my neighbors yard (2333 S Terra Ct). I have reported this before, but it has again become an issue. I have to constantly pick up their trash from my yard, to keep my yard from looking like a dump. It is not likely drive by trash as I live in a cul-de-sac inside another cul-de-sac; and the trash is not only in their front yard, but their back yard as well. I am pregnant, and I feel I should not have to live in these conditions, or pick up large amounts of others trash constantly as I am not their janitor. I do not put trash in my yard, only the proper receptacles, and these receptacles are only outside with trash when it is being picked up for trash/recycling day. I have no interest in attracting rodents or other creatures that do not belong near my house. Please see the attached photo of my neighbors trash, that I have collected from just my own yard, from the past month and a half.

There is a problem with high weeds and trash at 2421 S. Bryan St. Mr. Price emailed the Ombudsman to report that he has went to this address and cleaned it up himself because it was such an eyesore. I told him to contact the HAND Dept. He also stated that homeless people were living in the abandoned trailer and old shed on the property. I ask him to contact the Bloomington Police Dept.

House at 1000 w countryside Lane has not mowed their grass this year. It is about 2 feet tall. Looks terrible for the rest of the neighbors.
