decaying rabbit carcass in the street. Mark St. corner of Nancy. It is at the end of my driveway but in the city street. I would like it cleaned up, there are lots of dogs in that area.

There is a dead black cat at 1201 W. Allen St. Right past Mother Hubbard's Cupboard. Not sure who to contact about this. Thanks.
My neighbor is putting out poison of some kind and I have outdoor cats. So far two chipmunks have been poisoned and one is dead, the other is dying as I write this. I am very concerned for the safety of our cats and dog. I too am upset by the cruel poisoning of these innocent chipmunks. Who do I contact about this? This neighbor has done this before, year after year. I have heard them discussing it. One of our cats was recently very ill and nearly died. We now believe he got into the poison or ate an animal that had been poisoned. What can we do? Thank you, Lisa Cameron and Caroline Pynes.
ANIMAL CARE & CONTROL: a possible neglected animal should be investigated at the address: 3417 E. 3rd Street. There is what looks to be an American Eskimo in a pin with no bedding and even though i walk by it every single day, I have never seen anyone pay any attention to it. This seems cruel to me.
