On the north side of Tramway, just east of I-69 overpass, there has been a dead deer on the edge of the road for over a week. This is a potenrial hazard with so many large trucks on this road, if two vehicles had to pass at this location
I am a resident at 2015 S. Georgetown Rd. While I greatly appreciate and like the new trash removal bins, I am a bit surprised at how early trash removal starts in my neighborhood. Removal starts as early as 5:25 am in my neighborhood on Thursday mornings. The trucks back down by street with the loud beeping noise and the when the trucks dump the trash from the new bins it is quite loud even with windows closed. My neighbors and I are unfortunately woken up by the noise most Thursdays at 5:30am. What time is trash removal supposed to start? Can it be shifted to at LEAST 6:00 am? I'm not sure if this is a noise ordinance violation but seems like it might be. Thanks, Aaron Neal 812-340-2565

That he is to supply and apply for. He is asking me for money exchange. Before title is gave to me. Then me to get tax form 7878 myself. Can you help ? Or direct me to who unforced this ? I know it's a 500 fine or 1 year jail to owner for not applying to buyer. Thanks
Tall metal tower behind house (radio tower?) appears to be old, and the bottom of the tower is overgrown with vegetation. It's an eyesore at best and probably a hazard.

Hi, Regarding the July 3 downtown fireworks display, https://bloomington.in.gov/bicentennial links to https://bloomington.in.gov/sites/default/files/2018-06/Fireworks%202018%20FAQ%20Document%20v5%20-%20FINAL.pdf which, among other things, states, "What is the perimeter around the launch site? The City has worked hard on safety for the event. There will be a perimeter around the fireworks display area. Please see attached map. Viewers will not be able to watch the fireworks inside that area." There is no "attached map" that I could find and no instructions/advisory as to where folks might set up lawn chairs and view the show. Given that there may be a large crowd, where are we advised to gather to watch? Again, no information about where viewers should or can gather. Can you please advise?
