We are concerned about the 2 junk cars (dark purple and white) left on the driveway of 1058 S Colchester Ct Bloomington IN that the owners do not use. Problem 1: The windows of one of the junk cars have been compromised and the junk car could become a source of rodent infestation. We spot dead mice in outdoor spaces in neighboring properties. Problem 2: Overcrowding of the cul-de-sac. The 1058 household has 6 cars altogether: 2 junk cars on the driveway, 2 more cars on the driveway, and 2 additional cars on the public areas of the cul-de-sac throughout the day and night, even though the HOA does not allow street parking during the night hours. Problem 3: The front yard is in disarray. There is thick growth taking over the front and side of 1058 and the grass is not mowed.
Hello! I live at 1020 e Thornton, but I noticed this area off Huntington Dr. Has a HUGE amount of Japanese knotwood, which is a highly invasive plant. I was wondering if any action could be taken to try to eradicate it before it takes over the entire neighborhood? We also have plenty of other invasives around...perhaps you could guide me on any resources to address this. Thanks so much!!
Invasive bamboo continues to be a problem in the alley and property behind 415 E 1st Street. Bamboo grows into our yard from the alleyway and neighbor's property.
telephone line behind my house was pulled off the pole last week during storm. The main line is sagging as it is not connected to pole causing my residential service line to sag to the ground.
Bus driver needs trees trimmed please. Kinser Pike across from Rosewood and Acuff Rd. Branch thinner than telephone pole at school bus windshield height.
In the storm that just came through, a street tree partially came down in the street R/W. It covers the tree plot and sidewalk. Not sure if it is out into the street as well. It is definitely blocking the sidewalk along the south side of Gentry Drive.
Hello, 7 or 8 months ago I asked Xfinity/Comcast to correct a hanging cable of theirs after a storm knock a big tree limb into a telephone pole that took power and other cables out. Everything was repaired by Metronet & the Power Company but Xfinity/Comcast never came. It left a long cable that just hangs on our property is very annoying (and dangerous) when we are working, mowing, playing with grandson, etc. Xfinity/Comcast was contacted (claim #ECM0010285921) to come out and correct it, but they never did. It took a while to talk to a real person and even then it took so much explaining ever & over again through several transfers. You ever try to talk or chat with Xfinity/Comcast when you don't have an account with them? (I do not have an account with them) They ask over & over again for an account number! Very frustrating. After 45 minutes I was able to state my case about the hanging cable, they said they would send someone out but would have to have the "ok" from the City of Bloomington. I don't know what has happen since that day, but nothing has been done about it. I was hoping by emailing you we could get something done about it or help me on how to do so. It is an eyesore to look at, dangerous & annoying. Thanks for any help or advice you may have. Richard & Denise Keist 1224 N State St rick.keist@mymetronet.net
Not sure this is actionable or not. Offensive display that might be protected speech. Not really digging it on a Sunday morning.
We are located currently in a home in Hyde Park that's close to a cell tower, and the cell tower is already a little bit concerning for me. So that's 1 area of questions I have. The second is, though, that as of this morning, it's emitting a high pitched frequency all day long. Nonstop. It's creating headaches for us and our family. I believe the cul-de-sac neighbors as well. I'd like to get it stopped as soon as possible. Can you please direct me in so doing? Thank you so much.
