Ms. Innman came in and filed a complaint for a rotten tree at the above address. She spoke to an inspector - inspector stated that the tree is @ Stad. View 6 & her drive-way. The owner's of the property told Ms. Innman they would trim her side but they haven't done anything & she is afraid it will fall on her side. It has been over 1 year.

We have a window that faces their side porch where they put their trash bags. On multiple occasions we have seen 1-3 rats rummaging through their garbage. Mr. O'Donnell came to the counter asking about 412 E. 3rd Street. We did not show the property as a rental. However, the complaint form he left gave an address of 412 E. 2nd Street as the complaint, and it does have a current permit. He said the tenants are loud late at night and there is lots of traffic back and forth.
