There is an unsanctioned Frat House in the ULofts. The U loft apartments are constantly disrupting the neighborhood late into the night and early morning. The property is covered in trash, and they have been throwing glass bottles from the interior of the property into the neighboring units.
Mr. O'Donnell came to the counter asking about 412 E. 3rd Street. We did not show the property as a rental. However, the complaint form he left gave an address of 412 E. 2nd Street as the complaint, and it does have a current permit. He said the tenants are loud late at night and there is lots of traffic back and forth.
The property at 411 E Glendora looks abandoned and in bad repair. It was on Zillow as rental property. There is an old car on site and it has windows broken out. There is also a discarded chair at curb. Can you please direct me to proper office to report the property. I drive by it everyday and it’s getting worse and definitely an eye sore. Thank you

Location of your Problem: 408 S S. Jordan Details: Our neighbors have failed to use their trash cans which are laying beside the trash bags that sit next to their side door. We have a window that faces their side porch where they put their trash bags. On multiple occasions we have seen 1-3 rats rummaging through their garbage. There is what appears to be a fraternity renting all of the units at 403 E 20th St and they are constantly playing loud music and littering the property with empty containers that sit around for days before being cleaned up. Attached are pictures of the lot that has been littered for days. The noise from their parties can be heard from down the street and the litter often ends up on the sidewalk facing the street and the small wooded area behind the property. The parking lot behind the property is almost always covered in trash.
